Deliveries by UPS or Royal Mail as appropriate.
The delivery costs are:
FREE on all orders to mainland UK above £50 (exc VAT).(Exceptions listed below:). Only £2.95 on orders less then £50.
£18 to Scottish Highlands – 48 hour.
£19.99 to Channel Islands, IOM – 48 hour.
£12.99 to N.Ireland – 48 hour.
£14.99 to Republic of Ireland – 48-hour delivery.
£18/£24 to France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden – however there may be an extra surcharge to some regions in Europe.
Shipping to all other destinations is available. Please contact us including details of your order requirement.

A signature is required on delivery. Alternatively you may instruct us to leave your package with a neighbour or in a safe place. If you choose this option we can take no responsibility for the package in the event of loss or damage once it has been delivered by our courier. If no one will be available to sign for the package you may wish us to send the goods to another address (ie. a work address).
Orders less than £50 that are small, lightweight, inexpensive items will be sent by First Class Royal Mail. If you wish to upgrade to a next day UPS service please contact us.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and any order received before 2.00pm will normally be dispatched for delivery on the next working day.
Whilst goods are dispatched as quickly as possible we cannot accept liability for any delays in dispatch or in delays arising in the delivery of your order.
VAT is charged on all UK and EC orders with the exception of zero rated items or on orders with a valid EC VAT number
VAT in the UK is currently 20%
UK exports where applicable local tax and duty will be billed to the recipient
To return faulty items please contact us immediately (within 7 days) by email or phone to gain authorisation.
Please ensure that the goods are returned with the invoice, in most instances in the original product packaging and wrapped securely. Your faulty item will be replaced.
CANCELLATION under the Distance Selling Regulations
You may cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations by notifying us no later than 7 working days after we deliver the goods that you are cancelling the contract.
The item must not be used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us in the original packaging.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory duty throughout the period of cancellation, to retain possession of the goods that have been delivered and take reasonable care of them.
If you cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations you must return the goods to us at your own expense.
You must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are received and not damaged in transit.
Failure to do so might result in a breach of your statutory duty to take reasonable care.
If you cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations and do not return the goods as required, we may charge you our direct costs of recovering the goods.
If you have ordered an item incorrectly you may return it to us within seven days from the date of delivery. You must notify us first by email or phone to gain authorisation. The goods must be returned to us at your cost, unused, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Goods returned incomplete or in a damaged/used condition will not be refunded. A 15% handling charge will be levied for the return of incorrect goods and a refund will be given to the originating credit or debit card less the P&P costs.
