Tillett Composite Chain Guard for Honda GX160

The newly developed Honda composite guard range is much lighter than the original at only 195g. The new guard is much stronger than the old model and has a glossy surface inside and out for ease of cleaning. It has been redeveloped to be a perfect fit on the engine and it is designed to compliment the UK Honda Cadet Exhaust. At the same time the new guard will clear sprockets (when used with the new bracket kit) when the chassis is dropped lower. The new guards also better avoid contact with long sprocket bolts, when plastic protectors are used.

Guards are supplied as clear composite as standard but five new fluorescent colours, a silver and carbon finish are now options which are made to special order.  Please contact us for price and delivery timescales

Guards are not supplied with a mounting kit as standard. Please add a Honda bracket kit from below if required.
